DUSTIN LY, MD
Dustin Ly, MD is the medical director of East Lake Medical Clinic. He is certified in Internal Medicine. After graduating from University Health Science Antigua, he obtained his training in Internal Medcine at Rogers Williams Hospital in Providence, RI. Upon completion of his residency, he started working for Saint Cloud Medical Center and Select Specialty Hospital. Dr. Ly also obtained his Fellowship from The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine as Fellow in Aesthetic Medicine. During his freetime, he enjoys reading medical research and swimming.

DR POWERS IS KNOWN FOR HIS EXPERT IN PRESCRIBING MEDICATION, RECOMMENDATING THERAPIES, PERFORMING PROCEDURES, AND OVERSEEING PATIENT’S PROGRESS AS WELL AS CHECK-UPS AND ADJUSTING TREATMENT PLANS AS NEEDED. HE ALSO EXPLAINS MEDICATION CONDITIONS, TREATMENT OPTIONS, AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES TO PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. IN HIS FREE TIME, HE ENJOY DOING RESEARCH IN HORMONE THERAPY, RUNNING, AND ENJOYING TIME WITH HIS FAMILY.
MINH-CHAU (CATHY) TRAN, ARN, NP
East Lake Medical Clinic is pleased to welcome Minh-Chau Tran, ARN, NP also known as Cathy. Cathy has been in the medical field for over four years and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Virginia.As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she focuses on comprehensive healthcare for families and family members across all ages, body systems and diseases. We are excited to have Cathy joined our team and continue to provide personalized care to our patients.Cathy can speak fluently both English and Vietnamese. In her free time, she likes to read and spend time with her family.
CARLY JONES PA-C
East Lake Medical Clinic is pleased to welcome our newest Physician Assistant, Carly Jones PA-C. Carly graduated from Florida State University with her Bachelors in Biological Sciences while working as a home healthcare CNA.Carly was also a part of the inaugural class of FSU’s PA Program, earning herMaster of Science in Physician Assistant studies in 2019. Carly is originally from Pensacola, FL and moved to the greater Orlando area during her clinical rotationsand quickly fell in love with “The City Beautiful” and is excited to provide care to the local community. As a Physician Assistant, Carly can provide primary preventative care, as well as perform simple procedures such as suturing, perform skin biopsies, and simple injections. During her time in PA school, Carly became passionate in the field of dermatology and aesthetics as she worked along-side dermatologists and plastic surgeons. Her main objective in medicine is to deliver quality evidence-based and patient centered care, as well as to build professional relationships with her patients. In her free time, Carly enjoys drawing, traveling, health and fitness,exploring a variety of different cuisines, and collecting house plants.
